Unique Device ID – used solely to distinguish your device so the App can save settings and track usage sessions accurately.
Aggregate Usage Statistics – such as feature taps, session length, and error logs. These are anonymised and help us improve stability and user experience.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
For the avoidance of doubt, the App does not collect, store or share any of the following:
Precise or coarse location data
Email addresses
Home or mailing addresses
Real names or other directly identifying personal information
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the minimal data listed above only to:
Enable core functionality (e.g., saving check-in status to the correct device)
Diagnose crashes and optimise performance
Understand anonymised usage trends to prioritise new features
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure servers located within the EU.
We employ industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
Unique Device IDs are hashed before storage; usage statistics are kept separate from any technical identifiers.
5. Your Choices & Rights
Delete All Data Instantly: Open the App ► Settings › Privacy › Delete My Data.
This erases your device ID and associated usage logs from our servers within 24 hours.
Opt-out of Analytics: Toggle “Share anonymous usage stats” off in the same Privacy menu.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect technical or legal changes. If we make significant changes,
an in-app notice will appear on your next launch. The revised policy becomes effective once posted here.
